Our Story

Thirty Years of Bagels, Reimagined

Since 1992, Skolniks has been feeding Union mornings — and in 2024, a fresh chapter began. Same Route 22 address, brand-new energy.

I have been coming here for years. Before it had the big sign outside and the interior renovations. They always had good sandwiches and great juices and smoothies. Strawberry coolata was good according to my daughter. I had the pink zinger, which was fantastic. I will be back again.

Awesome brunch spot with great service, and nice seating! Food is great, one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to recently. The cashier was super friendly too and even remembered my name while leaving. Would definitely come back!

Awesome food and vibes. Try their new menu selections and especially the lemon pound cake.

Their food quality is TOP NOTCH… and I drive for DoorDash. I love a smoothie everyday. Been to about 10 places around here and this is BY FAR THE BEST SMOOTHIE I HAVE HAD. Highly recommend….. Small family run business (I assume) and they do their best to handle it when it's busy. Prices are pretty standard and aligned with bagel spots everywhere else.
