Skolniks opened in 1992 as a no-frills New Jersey bagel bakery on Route 22. For over three decades, Union regulars made it their morning ritual.
New Owners, New Energy
In 2024, new management renovated the space — brighter interiors, a reimagined menu, and a renewed commitment to the neighborhood. Same bones, genuine upgrade.
Everything Bagels at 5 AM
The ovens fire before dawn, turning out everything bagels dusted in sesame, poppy, and garlic. Classic egg-and-cheese or lox with capers — the bagel is always the star.
Fresh Squeezed, Thoughtfully Blended
Cold-pressed juices, immunity shots, and smoothies blended with real fruit sit alongside a legendary pastrami sandwich. A detox juice and a deli classic, somehow sharing the same table perfectly.
